The sun was up this morning. It is a good day. I will be walking another k this morning. My intentions are to walk at least 5ks a day.

    This is my first attempt at blogging which is happening during a virtual walk across Canada. Hence the comment on the day. I do consider each day as being a good one. It is a day the Lord has made.
